OUR GUEST FACILITATORS

Yes to all parts of me
Tracy Cartwright
This workshop is an invitation to deepen your connection with yourself and taking in all parts of you, including the pieces of you that may have fragmented off as well as the parts we resist.
With that comes parts that stem from our ancestors, carried in our bodies and unconscious minds, even if they don’t resonate with our thoughts. By acknowledging and integrating these aspects, we open the door to greater self-acceptance and inner peace.
What are we rejecting within ourselves? Whose stories are shaping our lives?
Together, we will explore these questions, releasing the burdens of shame, guilt, fear, and inherited patterns that no longer serve us.
What shifts when we say yes to ourselves — fully and completely? Let's explore this together in the expansion of the field to find clarity and peace moving forward.

Embracing Joy and Transformation Through Kotahitanga
Jenny Gibbons
In this workshop, we will embark on a transformative journey to embrace personal joy and change while fostering kotahitanga (unity and collective action) within our whānau (family) and community.
By integrating key Māori concepts and holistic healing practices, participants will learn to balance personal growth with the collective well-being of our whakapapa (ancestral lineage).
Through guided exercises, reflective practices, and group discussions, participants will gain insights into the following key concepts:
1. Kotahitanga: Emphasising the strength and unity that comes from collective action and shared purpose, fostering a sense of belonging and togetherness.
2. Whakapapa: Deepening our connection to our genealogical roots, grounding our personal and communal identities.
3. Mana: Strengthening spiritual integrity and power through respectful actions and character.
4. Whānau: Nurturing bonds within our whānau system to foster unity and mutual support.
5. Manaakitanga: Practicing hospitality, care, and respect, enhancing mutual well-being.
6. Aroha: Embracing love, compassion, and empathy in all our relationships.
7. Kaitiakitanga: Upholding our responsibility as guardians of culture and relationships.
Participants will also explore the importance of mindfulness and self-awareness in recognising the possibility of harmonising personal growth with familial and cultural obligations. By cultivating this awareness, we can walk our paths with wisdom and grace, eliminating self-sabotage and destructive patterns.
"Ma te kotahitanga e whai kaha ai tātau. In unity, we have strength."
"In the tapestry of humanity, I am but a single thread. In kotahitanga, I find my place among the strands, weaving together in unity and strength. As we intertwine, our collective spirit creates a harmonious pattern, each thread contributing its own unique essence to the greater whole."
Through this workshop, attendees will learn to:
- Embrace change and happiness while maintaining loyalty to their family system.
- Balance personal fulfillment with the collective strength and integrity of their whakapapa and whānau.
- Apply Māori concepts to enhance holistic development and community well-being.
Join us in this transformative journey, where personal joy and cultural heritage coexist harmoniously, enriching our lives and the lives of those around us through the power of kotahitanga.

Rites of Passage: A Constellation Journey Through Womanhood
Antonia Kersting
Women’s lives are shaped by the Blood Mysteries—powerful initiations of the womb that serve as Rites of Passage into each new life season. The way we experience these rites sets the tone for what we expect in our next life chapter as women.
Through constellations and shamanic inquiry, we will explore the four major Rites of Passage for women: Menarche, Creation (Motherhood), Menopause, and Death, along with their associated archetypes—Maiden, Mother, Maga, and Crone.
Each of these rites imprints as a a unique somatic pattern on our bodies and beings. These imprints, along with our red thread or ancestral roots, shape our beliefs, feelings, and behaviours as women, often unconsciously.
Participants in this workshop will have the opportunity to learn new information, reflect on their past Rites of Passage and gain clarity, insights, and tools to approach their current (or next) life season. Through constellation work, we will engage somatically with these rites and connect deeply with our female archetypes, uncovering new perspectives and revealing more of the woman we already are.
Antonia is a counsellor, family constellations facilitator, and shamanic craftswoman with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with their innate power. Drawing on years of experience in mental health, group processes, and ancestral healing, she weaves together systemic constellations, somatic practices, and rites of passage to support clients in returning to their authenticity and strength.

An exploration of the 13-Chakra system through the Knowing Field
Larry Honig
This workshop will explore the 13 Chakra System, an expansion of the more familiar 7 chakra system.
This ancient system was described in the book, The Water Code and will be featured in the upcoming collaborative book Larry contributed to by Gwen Lepard: Struggle is Optional.
During the workshop, each of the chakras and their associated meaning will be represented to address a life issue or physical condition.
The Field will provide valuable insights to move forward and the constellation can create a powerful realignment and balancing of the seeker's whole being.

Larry is a registered clinical psychologist and he has decades of experience serving people with a wide variety of mental health issues.
His psychology work has always included ways to shift states of consciousness incorporating mind-body, transpersonal or spiritual elements.
He has a doctorate in psychology from Saybrook University. He initially trained with Erin Lewis in 2018 and in 2024 completed a 15-month international certification in Alchemical Constellations with Seeing With Your Heart.

Inclusion even includes Exclusion
Fiona Kerr
Recently, I participated in an exercise that explored the relationship between inclusion and exclusion. It was a powerful experience to realize that true inclusion encompasses even exclusion.
This insight deepened my understanding of this dynamic both on a broader societal level and within myself. The exploration led to beautiful and healing constellations.
I'd like to offer a space to explore this concept and experience its potential for healing. You are welcome to join me.
About Fiona...
Fiona has been involved in Constellating for close to 15 years and her belief in its therapeutic benefits make her passionate about sharing this profound mahi. Fiona is committed to gaining practical knowledge in this work, attending many Intensives in Australia, here in Aotearoa and recently in Lisbon, Portugal. She also attends other local Facilitators workshops whenever possible and continually uses this practice to work through her own layers as they arise, helping to live a more joyous and fulfilling life. Fiona is also an internationally recognised artist.
"I see a similarity between creating my artwork and facilitating; the clearer I become in myself, the more freely the energy flows. In both cases, it feels almost to have little to do with me, I am merely a conduit for Creative Energy and the Knowing Field to work through.
I attribute Family Constellations to being instrumental in the betterment of my life, and therefore my children's lives. In fact, this work ripples out to benefit everyone around me. That's one of the beauties of this mahi".
Fiona holds monthly workshops in her home and she facilitates one-on-one sessions, both in person and online.

Acknowledging and Releasing the Weight of Past Relationships
Jo & John Palairet
Taking what is mine from old relationships and leaving what is yours can be incredibly liberating.
It is the process of reclaiming your energy and truth while letting go of burdens that were never yours to carry.
In many past relationships, we unknowingly take on the unresolved feelings, expectations, or responsibilities of others.
We may even hold on to guilt, shame, or regret that does not belong to us. By consciously releasing these attachments, we honor ourselves and the other person involved.
It is an acknowledgment that healing and growth can occur when we stop holding on to what is not ours, allowing us to step into the present with a clear and open heart.
This act of releasing what no longer serves us is a profound recognition of our personal strength and a reclaiming of our mana.
It affirms that we deserve to be free from the weight of past experiences that have held us back.
When we release emotional entanglements, we create the space needed to be fully present in our relationships today. Whether with a partner, a family member, or even within ourselves, this freedom allows us to engage without the emotional residue of the past clouding our judgment or reactions. It empowers us to be more authentic, more compassionate, and more open to the relationships that are meant for us in the present moment.
By embracing this process, we not only honor our past but also pave the way for deeper connections and a more authentic sense of self.
As we release what no longer serves us, we make room for clarity, love, and new possibilities—stepping forward with renewed energy and a heart that is truly our own.

- Reclaim your sense of belonging and connection to your family, and to the natural world.
- Cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your place within the web of life.
- Allow the wisdom of nature to guide us as we navigate the complexities of family relationships and uncover the roots of our deepest connections.

“Any attendance at an ANZCI event would make an impact upon an individual, from the welcoming embrace from familiar faces, to representing and supporting the kaupapa and being receptive to what arises.
It's an experiential moment in time that can leave long lasting imprints of directional change in one's thinking and actions thereafter.
Sometimes there are no words to articulate the energy of wairua, and how that is invisibly and intricately woven it is experiential, with such divine intelligence that we recognize the
I AM, in ourselves that brings all the rauemi that we have been seeking. Thank you for reaching out into the four cornerstones and more."
Ngà mihi, Marri
“One of the most profound changes I noticed was in my relationships. I was able to heal old wounds and build stronger, healthier connections. The clarity and emotional release I experienced have brought a sense of peace and empowerment that I hadn't felt before.
Family Constellation has not only impacted me personally, but it has also positively influenced my wider family. By addressing generational trauma and understanding our shared history, we are now able to move forward with a renewed sense of unity and healing.
I highly recommend Family Constellation therapy to anyone looking to understand and resolve deep-rooted family issues. It has been life-changing, and I am grateful for the healing and growth it has brought into my life."
Jo
"I didn't quite know what to expect, but I was open. The fundamental attunement with Māori land and culture put all action and processes in the most favourable relationship with the knowing field and people.
All of the sessions were led by experienced, grounded, confident, authentic people who embodied being while guiding processes and holding all present.
The practical organisation was superb. The organising group was amazing, approachable, effective, and lovely.
The venue was perfect. Food was nutritious and plentiful and generous."
