Frida is passionate about supporting practitioners and intuitive business owners in creating a life and business that works for them. With a master's in Business administration and several different Coaching certifications, she helps them tune into what they really want and set up strategies, processes, and tech that deeply support them.

She met family constellation shortly after she came to New Zealand from Sweden in 2017 and knew she wanted to know more about this powerful healing modality. After numerous sessions and workshops, she finally trained to become a facilitator with Tracy Cartwright in 2024. She sees that as the starting point of her facilitator journey and continues to learn. She is also on the ANZCI committee.

Frida is homeschooling her kids and working from home in the beautiful bush in the far north of New Zealand. Creating a life and business that works for her and helps others do the same.
